The work is real. So is the care behind it.
I'm Jamia. I build therapy spaces, trainings, and programs rooted in who we are — not who a textbook assumes we should be. Every tool I make starts with the belief that our stories, our histories, and our ways of healing are already whole.
I don't choose between healing and building. I do both.

I started out doing direct clinical work — sitting with people, in the room, doing the work itself.
The longer I did that, the more I saw the same gap, over and over: staff who cared deeply but weren't given the training to match. Curricula that were technically sound but didn't sound like us, didn't move like us, didn't hold space for how we actually heal. Tools built for a version of "the client" that never quite looked like the people in the room.
Righteous Minds is what I built to close that gap. Everything here — the therapy, the trainings, the curriculum — is grounded in evidence and grounded in culture, because for me those have never been separate things.
